Solution :

I think it is the issue of new numpy version (1.15.0)

So you can downgrade numpy using bellow commands and this problem will be fixed:

sudo pip uninstall numpy
sudo pip install numpy==1.14.5

Finally numpy 1.15.1 version is released so the warning issues are fixed.

Please follow bellow command to install numpy 1.15.1 version

sudo pip install numpy==1.15.1

After following above steps my issue got ressolved.

Problem : I have the pandas data frame with some of the categorical predictors or variables as 0 & 1, and some of the numeric variables. When I fit that to a stasmodel like below : est = sm.OLS(y, X).fit() It throws the below error : Pandas data ... hundreds of variables.
