Solution :
Please always confirm that the "Distributed Transaction Coordinator" Service is running on your database and client both. Also please check if you have "Network DTC Access", "Allow Remote Client", "Allow Inbound/Outbound" and "Enable TIP".
Please follow below procedure to enable the Network DTC Access for the MS DTC transactions
1. To begin with please open the Component Services snap-in.
So to open Component Services please click Start. In your search box please type dcomcnfg, and after that press ENTER.
2. Now expand the console tree to find the DTC (e.g, Local DTC) for whom you want to enable the Network MS DTC Access.
3. On your Action menu please click Properties.
4. Finally click your Security tab and please make the following changes:
In the Security Settings, please check the Network DTC Access check box.
And in Transaction Manager Communication, check the Allow Inbound and Allow Outbound check boxes.
After following all above procedure your issue will be resolved.
