Solution :

So it is very clear that you need to enable VT-x Technology in your BIOS.

Below are the detailed steps:

1- Restore the Optimized Defaults (Necessary)//Steps to start your BIOS

It is better to restore the Optimized Defaults before. But the following steps are necessary:

1.      Reboot your computer and open the system's BIOS menu. This can usually be done by pressing the delete key, or the F1 key or Alt and F4 keys depending on your system.

2.      Please Select Restore Defaults or Restore Optimized Defaults option and then select Save & Exit.

2- Enable VT-x Technology in BIOS (Very Necessary)

1.      Power on/Reboot your machine and open the BIOS (as per Step 1).

2.      Open your Processor submenu This processor settings menu may be hidden in the Chipset, Advanced CPU Configuration or Northbridge.

3.      Enable Intel Virtualization Technology (also known as Intel VT-x) or AMD-V depending on your brand of the processor. The virtualization extensions may be labelled on Virtualization Extensions, Vanderpool or various other names depending on your OEM and system BIOS.

4.      Select Save & Exit at last.

Note: Many of the steps given above may vary depending on the motherboard, your processor type, chipset and the OEM. Please refer to your system's accompanying documentation for the correct information on configuring the system.

Solution:

Follw this necessary steps

Its better to restore Optimized Defaults before, But following steps are not necessary:
  1. Reboot the computer and open the system's BIOS menu. This can usually be done by pressing the delete key, the F1 key or Alt and F4 keys depending on the system.

  2. Select Restore Defaults or Restore Optimized Defaults, and then select Save & Exit.

2- Enable VT-x Technology in BIOS (Necessary)

  4. Select Save & Exit.

N.B: Many of the steps above may vary depending on your motherboard, processor type, chipset and OEM. Refer to your system's                accompanying documentation for the correct information on configuring your system.

Test:

Run cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep vmx svm. If the command outputs, the virtualization extensions are now enabled. If there is no output your system may not have the virtualization extensions or the correct BIOS setting enabled.

Another way of solving this issue
