Problem :

I have recently installed my "Anaconda3-4.3.1-Windows-x86_64" in the desktop but I am facing following error when I try to run the command as "jupyter notebook" from my CMD as shown below :

 

The Detailed Error Message:

Solution :

After installing the anaconda you need to create the new environment using the below command :

conda create -n yourenvname python=x.x anaconda

After doing that just activate your environment using below command :

source activate yourenvname

Now you must install the jupyter using below command :

conda install jupyter

Finally run the jupyter using below command :

 jupyter-notebook

OR

I tried the below approach and it simply worked for me:

For Python 2 you need to run the below command :

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

For Python 3 you need to run the below command :

pip3 install --upgrade --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir jupyter

Above commands should reinstall everything from PyPi. It should solve your problem as I think running the pip install "ipython[notebook]" messed things up for you.

Problem : I am very new to Quartz. So whenever I try to install Quartz on my system using pip install Quartz, I face the following error.
