Solution :

Some of the possible causes for above error message can be due to the user’s display drivers are not working correctly, a maximum file size of a Startup Event Trace Sessions being too small and users affected computer’s SETUP.ETL file being corrupt. To help resolve your issue, I suggest that you should try below method:

Increase your maximum files size of your Startup Event Trace Sessions.

1. On your desktop, please try to press Windows key + R and after that type cmd to open your Command Prompt.

2. On your left panel of your Performance Monitor window, please try to expand Data Collector Sets.

3.  After that please click on the Startup Event Trace Sessions.

4. Open your ReadyBoot Trace Session Property Sheet.

5. Click on your Stop Condition tab and also try to increase your Maximum Size to 40.

6. Click on the Apply and OK.

Finally just try to Restart your computer and check if your issue is resolved.

Hope this solves your issues.
