Solution :

I also had the exact same issue with installation. The update was failed for about 10 times but today at around 19-00 hrs I tried to manually download it and it got installed correctly.

Maybe the Microsoft must have only just corrected their error and made a new file available.Hope this helps you.

You must first ensure that your model number of the device is on a manufacturer's list(s) of products that has the support upgrade to Windows 10 and other subsequent updates. The described behavior simply suggests that your device is at the end of its supportable lifetime. The Microsoft Lifecycle Policy is completely explained at below link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle

I also had the same problem recently.  When your update starts to download the PC gets automatically disconnected from the network and a LAN network adaptor is automatically disabled.  So to fix this issue I had to switch off my automatic updates in my registry to prevent the disconnection from my network and the internet.

Hope this solves your issue.

A mistake or inaccuracy, about by committing the miscalculations on the things you are doing. It is a state having the wrong judgment in your conduct that allows catastrophic things to happen. In machines, this error is considered to measure the difference between the observed and the computed values of an event against its real values.

This problem may happen due to the following factors;

  • The drive is physically damaged.
  • The drive is empty.
  • The drive is written as protected.
  • The drive has virus infections.
  • The drive had bad sectors.

Troubleshoot and fix:

There are some types of errors that are hard to pin down. Here are some steps that will help to troubleshoot and fix it.

  • Clear up your Temporary files, internet cache, and reboot.
  • Disable your firewall and anti-virus software.
  • Use the Microsoft Windows Update Troubleshooter to reset the Windows update settings to default.
  • Flush the Software Distribution Folder.
  • Reset the Catroot folder
  • Boot in Clean boot state and run the Windows update again.

One solution is to use a Windows Disk Management Tool found in Windows My Computer. Select the indicated drive and hit Format. Delete any partitions in the drive prior to formatting.

Problem : I am using my home network to share my files between devices in my household with no problem, but very recently I had to re-install the Windows 10, after that, no devices were shown under the Network in File Explorer. I can surely ping my devices ... Home network System error 6118 has occurred. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available. What seems to be a problem?

Problem : I have the habit of using the Task Manager frequently to watch my programs that are running on the computer and I often see that there is the program that has caught my attention as below: "Sink to receive asynchronous callbacks for WMI client ... program which does not "look" like the official program that the Microsoft would install on the box. Does anyone know this program?
