Can any one explain uses of ARPA?

What is the arpa domain suffix utilized for?

  1. It is a specialized government restricted TLD.
  2. t is used to announce records for other TLDs such as .com and .net.
  3. It is a private TLD used for synchronization of zones between servers.

Solution:

ARPA domain suffix  is used for reverse DNS queries, and holds PTR records. Fiber-optic cable comes in two types: single-mode fiber (SMF) or multimode fiber (MMF)
