Applocker blocks all by default,except for those specified in allow rules



App locker is the locking system of devices it can be windows machine it can be a mobile machine. Every user has personal document to protect from another person. The purpose of AppLocker is to restrict access to software, and therefore, the data accessed by the software, to a specific group of users or within a defined business group. Without app locker, the user cannot lock or protect files from another user. AppLocker is an application whitelisting technology introduced with Microsoft's Windows 7 operating system.
