I had also faced the above mentioned issue recently. I researched on it a lot and found fix on it.
Please follow below procedure to fix this issue.
To begin fixing your issue you must first open your SQL Server Configuration manager.
After opening it you need to click on your SQL Server Services it is generally on the left hand side.
Then just double click on your SQL Server Instance that you are trying to start.
Then you need to select a Built in account radio button in your Log On tab and then you need to select Local system from your dropdown menu.
Finally you need to click apply which is generally present at the bottom now just right click on your instance and then you are good to select Start and your issue will be resolved.
