Problem: I want to write a program that needs sometimes to start processes of another applications (mainly Sumatra PDF) on Windows 10, version 1803 (April 2018 Update).These applications should be started on a specific monitor. I also want to be able to close the processes when needed.The preferred languages are C# and Java, but any help is appreciated.
